Flats conversion, 13a Church Street, Weybridge
Planning permission has now been granted for the conversion of the upper floors of 13a Church Street, Weybridge, into residential flats subject to conditions.
So as to ensure that a satisfactory external appearance is achieved in accordance with Policy DM2 of the Elmbridge Development Management Plan, it is a condition imposed that "the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the extension shall match as closely as is practically possible those of the existing building to which it is attached, in colour, type, finish and profile."
The Works are due commence in summer 2024.
